Offer is accepted. Now you perform inspections. We assist you in understanding the different types of inspections and getting them scheduled with reputable companies.

Home gets appraised. This is where a licensed appraiser will come out and view the property and assess the value of the home.

Perform final walk through. Here you will revisit the home to ensure that the home is in the expected condition.

Close on the home. You will sign final documentation and the necessary funds will be transferred to make the purchase final.

Move in!!! You will finally get to take the last step of the process by moving in to your new home & enjoying the great reward for all your hard work.
